1. Controller
Quinto Prisma is responsible for the processing described in this policy. You can write to info@quintoprisma.cl or reach us at +56 9 8944 4095.
2. Data we receive
The form asks for your name, how you prefer to receive a reply, your contact details, the type and stage of the project, the estimated timeline and the message you choose to share. It also records your consent.
The infrastructure may temporarily process technical information, such as IP address and request logs, for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention. The form endpoint does not keep its own database of inquiries.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to understand your inquiry, assess whether we can take part in the project, reply through the channel you chose and protect the form against abusive submissions. We do not use this form to sign you up for advertising or mass campaigns.
Processing is based on your consent and on the steps needed to answer a request you started. You can withdraw your consent for future uses without affecting processing carried out before.
4. Providers and transfers
The site and its contact feature are hosted on Vercel. When you send the form, your inquiry arrives as an email at info@quintoprisma.cl through Zoho Mail, Quinto Prisma's email service. These providers process information under their own terms, security measures and infrastructure locations, which may include countries other than Chile.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Retention
We keep the conversation and related details only as long as needed to reply, assess the project and, if there is a contract, meet operational or legal obligations. When they are no longer needed, they are deleted or anonymized, unless an applicable obligation requires keeping them.
6. Your rights
You can request information about your data, its correction or deletion where applicable, or object to an unauthorized use. Send your request to info@quintoprisma.cl from a channel that lets us reasonably verify your identity.
This policy follows Chilean Law 19.628, in force as of this version, and the transition to Law 21.719, whose reform takes effect on December 1, 2026.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently install its own advertising analytics or tracking cookies. The infrastructure provider may generate technical logs needed to run and protect the service.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the form, the providers or the applicable rules change. The version published at this address will always show its effective date.
